They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.

Dr. Butrus is Lebanese and bring to the table those very general skills that everybody would be looking for! He is knowledgeable in every and anything and is specific as well. Very pleasant and enjoyable experience; efficient and great as well. Got all my needs met.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office' My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Front desk staff is always helpful and polite.
