Dr Morris should teach your staff to be pleasant and implement a staff friendly office.
The Office Manager threatening attitude needs work, if possible.
Dr Morris, be concerned about your character because your staff reflect what you really are.
Your reputation is linked to your office staff and it makes me think of you as unfriendly and grouchy.
A positive note, Joann Horan, PAC is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel relaxed.

the front office staff @bensalem medical are totally incompitant, the office manager is the most unprofessional woman in the medical industry. my problems with them are endless, including having my medical records mixed for years with my fathers of th same name but a sr. the office manager recieved a request for copies of my records from my life ins company for 3 monthes before i phisycally had to go to the office and demand they were sent as this was leaving me in limbo with my life ins company. dr gluten is a true professional and so is joanne horan . the rest of this medical plaza should be investigated for their compitance . i wouldnt reccomend visiting this practice unless you are starving for negative attention. im surprised they dony knock on your car window for your copay when you pull up in the parking lot . find another practice.

I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I absolutely hated the horrific chairs in the waiting room. I can't believe they expect patients to sit in those uncomfortable things. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
