The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The waiting time once in teh waiting room, even with an appointment, is substantial.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. You always have to wait there no matter what time or how early you get there

The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't feel rushed-they listened to my problem and made proper diagnosis which lead to the proper medication and eventually a new healthy life.
