They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

APPOINTMENTS ARE A JOKE! THEY COMPLAIN THAT YOU MAKE ONE, THEY COMPLAIN THAT YOU DON'T MAKE ONE.

I SAT FOR FOUR (4) HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM, THEN ANOTHER TWO (2) WAITING IN A ROOM FOR A DOCTOR TO SEE ME.

THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. (ONE WOMAN ROLLED HER EYES AS I ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER IT WOULD TAKE)

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
