My daughter and I waited one hour to see Dr. Stoken. When I did finally get to see him, he spent about a minute with her, had her read only the big "E", and said "She's fine".

Then, he submitted the visit to my insurance. So, now I have to pay out of my own pocket (even though I have insurance) to visit a opthamologist who is also a decent human being.
