Dr. Michalek is from an area of Eastern Europe that has been at war for most of her life. A person is greatly influenced by the society in which they lived and were educated. This society was not nurturing, caring, and had little respect for human life. Because of this, this physician lacks the emotions of caring and compassion for her patients, because I am one of them. Money is the motivating factor for this doctor, not compassion. I am available for comment with anyone who would like to speak with regarding this physician.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Don't call them if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever (15 minutes or more). The people who answer the phones are extremely RUDE as is their billing manager! I have had nothing but bad experiences with the office staff from the start. Melissa Wolfe is great, Dr. Milalek – leaves me cold. I would NOT recommend them, unless you have NO OTHER choice!
