If you have empire/united healthcare and need a cyst removed or any kind of bump removed, do not go to this provider. The office does not work with the insurance company and then something the insurance should cover is not covered because the office refuses to cooperate. You then end up with the entire bill to pay. They say they accept empire/united healthcare, but it is nothing but a nightmare trying to get them both to agree on the billing which results in the patient paying the entire bill. Extremely frustrating and expensive when you have insurance.
