THE STAFF SEEMES NICE ENOUGH BUT I WAS APPALLED AT THE CONDITION OF THIS DOCTORS OFFICE..

HE WAS DISTRACTED AND DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM TO HIM

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this asthma - allergy specialist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Dr, Menchell is a nice gut but he is dirty. He wears old filthy lab coats that seem to have never been washed. The wallpaper is falling down in his office and he has papers everywhere.
