They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
