I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
