I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car.

I have been going to this office for years and have been highly satisfied.The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The office is clean and updated.As far as my medical treatment I am 100 percent satisfied they spend time with me and I never feel rushed no matter how many people are waiting. They give everyone the same quality care. I don't know what these people writing these reviews are talking about they are totally wrong about this office maybe they are talking about a different office. Highly satisfied!!
