It is such a shame, Dr. Todd Schmoll is such a great doctor, but his front office staff is the worst I have ever seen. So incredibly rude and to be frank...bitchy!!!! Think twice before calling there because you will get the same attitude. I work in the medical field and I am always kind to my patients even if I am having a bad day. They need some training in how to be nice. They usually teach that in preschool. Guess they didn't pay attention that day!! I would give zero starts if i could.

My entire circle of friends and co-workers use Dr. Todd Schmoll as their primary physician. His office is not close to my home, but I am willing to travel to have the best doctor in the area.
He is very compassionate and works to solve the health issues instead of giving a medication just to address the symptoms. He is very honest and sincere and goes above and beyond to help his patients.
His office staff has quickly accomidated my needs in the past and the office is open on Saturdays.
He is never in a rush during my appointments, and always answers all of my questions.

like dr. todd scmoll but his wife dr. cynthia schmoll is not friendly as is his staff.she would not work with my insurance and was over charged been apatient for 20 years will not go back.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. I've been going there for 18 years with my children. They are very good at what they do. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are fantastic I wouldn't go anywhere else.
