They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I really don't like that they don't have any back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. If for any reason they were unavailable, my child wouldn't even be seen. The chairs in the waiting room at were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
