There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
