I am so lucky to find this dermatologist. She saw my skin and said, "I know what that is.... It's ______" She wrote the name for me so I can research more about it, but she explained the condition to me, what caused it, and what I needed to do. I told her that I'm tired of steroids. She prescribed a compound medicine specificially for me. Within 3 days of taking the medicine, my skin has greatly improved. She was out of network, but part of a "multiplan" network. I had to dip into my Flexible Savings Account, but she's definitely worth it. The staff is a little loud, but efficient and personable.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
