Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
