Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I'm so pleased to have such a sweet, comfortable and talented practice around the corner in this rural area. Dr. Hobbs is kind, open and bright, knows the best specialists when needed, is up on alternative medicine and his staff is great. No waiting times, easy to get appointments, often able to take you in an emergency.
