The entire staff was wonderful about explaining the procedure, making recommendations on implant size and answering all my questions. Carrie in particular was amazing and so helpful in talking things through with me. I was pretty nervous about the procedure and she made me feel so calm and at ease.

I found the pre op staff and meetings very attentive and responsive. Dr. Gardenier was professional and thorough in explaining details of the procedure and answering any questions I had. The day of the procedure Dr. Gardenier and staff were patient and caring with regards to any concerns I had and went over the steps multiple times. Post op they explained to my support persons medications and steps for healing as well as myself. They followed up the next day and answered calls I had about healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Gardenier and staff.

This experience was phenomenal. I was certain of wanting the procedure, but so scared of risks, infection, mistakes, or 'botching '. Every member of the team from check-in to postop follow-ups have made me feel heard, cared for, and I was confident from day one after meeting Dr. Gardenier that I had Lil to no concerns on surgery day. The only criticism I have was the weight time during surgery day, between anesthesia, surgeon, check-in. Understandable for sure, but I felt like I waited quite a while between providers! That is being super picky though!!
