Chris Clough PA-c is a highly skilled, ethical, and compassionate pain management provider. The quality of care I received from Chris Clough and his assistant Pam has been exceptional. He explains my medical question in terms I can understand and will take as much time as needed during appointments to address any medical concerns.
I can't thank Chris enough for all the time, care, and dedication he as giving me as his patient. His treatment approach of using injections, minimum medications, physical therapy, and behavioral /lifestyle counseling has kept me as active as possible. despite living with pain. There is nobody I trust more with my health & well-being, than I do Chris Clough PA-c. The ladies at front desk, billing are very helpful and nurses are also truly amazing.

All of the providers at PainCare are great. Over the years, I have used several of them and never had a complaint about any that treated me. The office staff, nurses, and providers are all friendly. The nurses and providers remember me and ask about my last procedure and how it went before they even have my file. All of the providers treat me with a multi faceted approach--injections, physical therapy, chiro, pills (not narcotics though), etc. This group have changed my life for the better, and I will always be grateful for that. Now I can enjoy all the things I love doing again and also my grandchildren.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. I visited Dr. O'Connell a few years ago for spinal stenosis when I was in unbelievable pain. Dr. O'Connell worked aggressively with me until I had relief. If I called, he always would get back to me. I think the main thing was that he always listened to me. Dr. O'Connell is not a proponent of "feeding" patients drugs, but works to implement the tools available to help with chronic pain. He was awesome. I still go to PainCare in Somersworth, and use several different providers. They are all excellent.

PainCare should be a model for all medical practices. All of the providers listen to you, and any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. I have been a PainCare patient for many years. Before finding this practice, I suffered with chonic pain and no doctors were able to help me. My case is complex, but Dr. O'Connell was able to pinpoint the problems and treated me for many years. Now I see other providers about four times a year and live a pain-free life and have been able to enjoy all the activities that I always did. If it had not been for Dr. O'Connell diagnosing my problem so competently, my quality of life would not be what it is today. I have recommended this practice to many people over the years and all of those individuals have benefited greatly from the care they received and also have seen an improved quality of life.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
