The physicians here are wonderful. The office staff if marginal, at best. They do not follow through on referrals, do not record when you make a future appointment at the front desk, and have sent bills for things that were covered by insurance. This practice was taken over by FMH and we've seen a significant decline in the customer service and attitudes at this practice. We had been very happy here in the past. Our family is now looking elsewhere for our children's healthcare, but yet it's not because of the physicians; it's because of the staff.

Until this FMH figures out how to manage this practice, stay away or be prepared to turn into an advocate for your bills, referrals, and appointment schedules.
