I have been a patient of Dr Burkes for many years now. Though I often don't
like what he has to say and his bed side manner can be abrupt, he is accurate & extremely knowledgable in his field. Dr Burke is well respected by his colleagues when I've gone to see other neurologists for a second opinion.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

Dr Burke refused to answer my medical question and became so flusted and aggrevated over it that he told me not to return as a patient. I belive that he did not answer my question because he did not review my films as he had stated. If you have had a stroke and want to feel confident of your treatement, look elsewhere.
