The office was easy enough to find. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
