The personality of a dead fish. Yesterday he says my mother has a good chance of recovery, today he says different and walks out.

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. However, worst of all, Dr. Ott made a serious error in saying the patient had no neurological disease of any kind, when in fact he failed to detect such a disease the patient had been carrying for several years as diagnosed by subsequent neurologists.
