I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. The doctor is often rushed and doesn't take the time to answer all my questions.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a competent staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office equipment was totally current and I never feel rushed when meeting with the doctor. I was impressed and completely at ease during my appointments here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this office were spotless.
