These reviews are fairly negative, and to that I have to say: let's take some responsibility here. We--all of us, including myself--chose this doctor because of her cool/convenient location and her hours. We did not choose her because she is in a hospital, medical building, or even part of a practice. Our selection of a doctor was based on the fact that we are in good health and we have the luxury of choosing a provider that is convenient rather than one that has every assest Boston has to offer at her fingertips. That said... Sure, I got my priority (easy birth control prescriptions) out of her, even though I had to wait about it; I also got QUICK attention and thorough care--care in every sense--when I had a real problem. Obviously she is not a one-stop shop. Her offices are in small apartments and she is the only medical person there. We knew that, or had the ability to know that, when we chose her. You will have to wait, you will have to go elsewhere for anything not run of the mill, but that does not mean that she is not a good doctor or that she doesn't care. It says much more about how much we prioritize our own health.

Thanks, Dr. Shelly, for your service. I changed doctors when I reached a certain age, but that is just a factor of my changing circumstance, not a reflection on the quality care I got from you.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

I went to this "doctor" because my PCP was renovating his clinic and I needed a medical report urgently and she was near my house. First of all, there was no meaning to having an appointment. She allows people to walk into her office as she likes regardless of order! She presented herself to me as a very hesitant person, she was lacking confidence and wasn't convincing by any means. She took some blood for some tests, and told me I will get the results in a week. Now after 2 weeks, and 10 calls I still did not get my report back. I decided to walk into her office today to get the results after I called and told them I need these papers urgently for an application that has a deadline, but she was extremely rude and said she will not give me anything today and I have to call again. She has what she calls answering service, which means people who keep you on hold, tell you the doctor will call you back and she never does. Then she called and told me is fine and I can pick the results. The following day she calls and says that the results failed and I had to repeat the test!!
This is a horrible doctor, I would never go back again, and I definitely would advise everyone not to go there.
