Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating

Dr. Shahidi will not retire. He truly loves his patients. This is clearly evident by the way he runs his practice. He checks you in. He listens to you. He advises and treats you. He sees you out and he will be there for you when you return...not another dr. or nurse practitioner. I've found his diagnoses to be right on. He does work somewhat limited hours but will take walk-ins. I've known this doctor a long time and they don't make them like this anymore!!!!!
