I feel like my appointment was pointless. The doctor answered none of my questions, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. NEVER RECEIVED TEST RESULT FROM DR LOWNEY WHICH LANDED MY HUSBAND HOSPITALIZED A YEAR LATER DUE TO ISSUE DR LOWNEY ORDERED AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO> JUST GOT THE RESULTS WHILE HE WAS LYING IN A HOSPITAL BED BY A CARDIOLOGIST >> NEVER RECEIVED RESULTS WHICH CAME BACK IN THE SEVERE CATEGORY...

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
