They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
