Dr. Klos is a gentle and caring doctor whom I trust absolutely. He has been my doctor for almost 15 years and I get really nervous about the prospect of going to anyone else. He is professional and informative. His staff is generally easygoing and good to talk to, even when some of the patients are really unpleasant to deal with. Sometimes I have to wait awhile for my appointment, but I am never told that I need to come back a different day. The doctor is honest with me when he has concerns about how I am caring for myself. I feel safe with him.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I would without hesitation recommend Dr. Klos & staff to anyone. Dr. Klos is extremely well informed in the latest treatment & technics & works one on one, very enjoyable atmosphere compared to many, "very clinical" Doctors I've had to see. No question a 5 star Doctor!
