solved my neuro pain in about 6 visits. tried different drugs for a few days each until she found the drug that worked. thank you very much dr jessup.

Dr. Carol Jessop is a very caring & compassionate doctor. When I had me knees replaced in 2014 (one at a time), she came to the hospital & stayed until my pain was under control. My knee doctor didn't think that I needed strong pain medication.

Dr. Jessop, helped me relieve chronic pain I have had since being treated for cancer. She made it possible for me to do my art. Now that I no longer see her I am in constant pain. I have not been able to find a Md. who is willing to help me stay mostly pain free. With out Dr Jessop I am in so much pain I have thought about suicide. I don't think I would kill myself mostly because I have a Son and Daughter.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

My experience with Dr. Jessup and her staff has been amazing. I was in a bad boating accident in 2009 and fractured my L1 vertebrae. I must have met about a dozen practitioners for help. But every doctor I went to was clueless as to what to do with my pain and therapy. I spent countless dollars and hours on services that just made me feel worse. The doctors put me on opiates and then made me feel like some kind of junkie when I became dependent on them. I would leave visits crying and wondering if this would be my life and if I’d ever get well.
From the very start, Dr. Jessup was warm and kind and knowledgeable and a fantastic listener. She prescribed Methadone and demystified how my body would heal and next steps. She truly cares for her patients. What kind of person does it take to spend her entire life and career helping people manage pain and die with dignity? A very special person. And that’s Dr. Jessup. I feel so blessed to have found her.
All I can say is if you are ever having severe pain issues and want to work WITH a specialist who actually cares abbot you and how you are, then got to Dr., Jessup.
I also really like her staff. They are so kind and warm.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
