They went above and beyond to take care of my chronic pain issues that are very much real. I was unaware of the abuse out there. It's the one bad apple thing. Shame on those people abusing medications and making it hard for those in true need. But it is what it is and they listened, thank you!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

And in my own words, Dr Lynch along with Dr Karen are fantastic. In the 2 years I have been with them, they have listened to my problems and really helped develop a pain management regimen that is tailor made for me. I don't know what I would do without them. Last year at this time I was discharged from a 2 1/2 month hospital visit and Dr Karen caught a problem within 5 minutes of going over the meds that the hospital sent me home with. Within 3 days changes took effect. Thank you Dr Lynch and staff. You are wonderful!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
