No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

This doctor was a disappointment. She continually asked me to return for unnecessary treatment. Her front desk staff is not trained well enough for the position and I feel because Ruby runs this practice herself, she fails in customer service, customer expectations and has her own unrealistic expectations of patients. Her staff complains about her while they are preparing you for a consultation and can make you feel guilty for your visit. I suggest that Ruby partner with another physician who can help run her business in a professional manner.
