All of my questions were answered, but I felt rushed and the doctor spent zero time getting to know me and my background. Appts were 45+ minutes late. The staff was average. The windowless waiting room felt sterile and not particularly comfortable. I usually look for more in a doctor.

Dr. Son Bui is the BEST Medical Doctor, my family and friends loves him, we are really happy to have people like him who really cares about others. Thanks Dr. Bui for all your time and effort to help us feel better ;). God Bless you.Their staff is very friendly and professional. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
