I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Yes

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

A little, it was faint but I noticed one
