They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff was so warm and respectful. They made an extra effort to help me with anything I needed. I always know that I can count on them, even in an emergency. They always take my call right away, and make sure I get the help I need immediately. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I felt very fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Osario and his staff. I highly recommend them

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They answered all of my questions in-detail, and made sure that if I ever had anymore questions, I could contact them quickly. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
