I was expecting a hard sell, but was received warmly by the office staff and Dr. Capraro listened to my concerns, allayed my fears, gave caution, and gave me time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I received a warm welcome. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
