I love that I can count on her to work with me until she finds a solution for my situation. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Even setting up an appointment time is useless since she is a 2-3 hour wait doctor. I waited for just a check up appointment for 2 and a half hours past my appointment time and saw her for 10 minutes where during this time she took personal calls and I paid $60 co-pay because she is a specialist. Pretty much paid for my waiting time in the lobby.
