I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Dr. Cohn is wonderful! Although I've had to wait some time to see her for my appts, it's well worth it. She's extremely attentive and helpful.

I have to wait at least two hours before I see the Dr. for every visit for a 3 minute check up. The staff doesn't pick up the phone, and if they do they put you on hold and never come back on the line. I had to refill a prescription and I waited from 10am to 4pm for an approval that never arrived. That was after two phone calls to the office and a guarantee that the prescription was being approved. Dr. Cohn is a great doctor and spent the adequate amount of time with me and answered all my questions, but her staff and office is completely inefficient.
