In a nut shell: friendly, experienced, proficient, caring, professional, genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful. The office is bright, comfortable and clean and they have all the latest up-to-date diagnostic equipment. My first experience with Dr. Voss was 22 years ago when I took my 2 year old son in for an eye exam. He looked forward to visiting her due to her patience, enthusiasm and positive attitude. I also have been a patient of Dr Voss for 22 years. Both my son and I have worn glasses and have been very pleased with the selection of glasses and the experience of the optical department. Through the years which included soccer and karate, the optical staff have been supportive in helping to choose the correct frame and the proper protection for the lens. Their warranty has replaced many of my son’s lenses and frames. My daughter who is now 28 years old, has worn contact lenses and has been equally happy with the expertise of Dr. Voss. In all these years we only had one problem. Due to a mistake in the schedule, an appointment was made for my daughter over winter break when the office was due to be closed. Because I could not change flight reservations, the Dr. Moore came in and opened the office just for her. They have always been accommodating but this was beyond anything I have ever experienced in any doctor’s office.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I've been a patient of Dr. Voss's for over 20 years. I haven't had all of my checkups with her over that period, but she's always been extremely thorough with me and my children over the many years. We had one of my children assessed in her reading lab several years ago. Unfortunately, we were unable to continue the therapy, but it did give me an idea of my child's reading problem.

My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are reliable. I felt very safe in their care. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. The therapists are a hit and miss. The consistancy is not there. Not sure if I believe all that the doctor and therapists say. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
