I have been a patient of Dr. Sievertsen jr. for 20 years. He is an outstanding physician. he is the best de. I have ever had. over the years he has been of help to me in many health issues.

I have been Dr. Sievertsen for 2.5 years now and after my last appointment, have decided that I can no longer put up with the dismal care and utter lack of attention - not to mention the difficulty in getting appointments. Moreover, i have waited for at least 60 mins (aftr the scheduled time) at every SINGLE appointment. When he does show up, I have to remind him abt everything related to my case - not because I'm not in the system - but because he has not taken the time to refresh his memory or, from my standpoint, shown any interest in my case.
I've also wondered abt his professionalism - when i first started with him, he was somewhat condescending abt my previous doctor ( who was quite good - i only switched because we moved to Illinois).
Its a pain switching doctors - but i noticed this time that he was completely uninformed abt my case to the point hat he was misunderstanding my test results. I decided to move on - now looking for good endocrinologists in the area.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

The staff are very courteous and professional. Dr. Gary Sievertsen is very knowledgeable in the field of endocrinology and has a genuine care for his patients; as evident in the fact that he sent a card expressing concerns that I regrettably had to cancel an appointment last notice. Typically, doctors offices are more concerned about charging fees if a customer misses an appointment, instead, Dr. Sievertsen sent a postcard noting concerns about my care. Excellent doctor, I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
