I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
