We have been seeing Dr. Freed and Dr. Gruska for over 13 years. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They don't rush you in and out, but the take the time to take care of your problem. . They are the most knowledgable, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.
