They gave me inaccurate and/or incomplete information and the treatment plan was wrong.The test was wrong according to another doctor. I had to change to a different doctor or I would be dead according to the new doctor.Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The doctor was abrupt and uneducated about my other ailments and objected to my service animal which is required by law. Then she accused ME of being argumentative.

I submitted my wife's records for evaluation. Her blood work came back 'abnormal" with a serious problem. She was instructed to have a bone density scan, but this is impossible at this time because she cannot lay flat on her back while the test is conducted. Records from 2 previous scans were submitted for evaluation. When we heard nothing from the doctor(s) I called twice to find out any information. No doctor has responded. All we want is to find out how the scan can be done and a course of treatment to be followed , how the previous records were evaluated and what the "serious problem" is.. The staff member who answered the phone promised to forward my messages. I am frustrated and angry that I have gotten no response. If the doctors are purposely ignoring my request, then please reccommend another doctor if you do not want to treat my wife or you are too busy. If your staff member did nor forward my inquiry, all I can say is that if she worked for me I would fire her immediately and do my best to see that she does not collect unemployment or work in this area except for flipping burgers.I will make my final call today. I am sure you do not need to hear a review such as this.

Did not understand Vita...Saw her once and she was done with you...after that you got a very cold NP who could care less...bad experience overall. As a female I expected some empathy...

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
