First visit as a patient was incredible. I have never had such an extensive eye health exam. Office was very busy but I didn't feel like I was just a number. Very patient friendly. I'm definitely sold on this practice.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the frame prices to be very expensive too. Later, I learned that one of the married opticians is engaged in an affair with a patient of the practice. This lack of professionalism, not to mention personal character of this employee coupled with the pricey frames and overall experience-I will check on other providers.
