Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I got every single question I had answered during my visit. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
