Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, they made everyone sit together
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
No, they don't over-treat my child
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Both of my girls have been with Dr. Nelson since birth. He is very friendly and makes them feel at ease. He is always offering suggestions, willing to answer questions as well as ask them, and I have recommended him to my sister who will be having her first child very soon. He is excellent!
