I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Somewhat, they eventually called me back
