The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

The doctors always seem rushed and do not givet heir full attention to their patients. My daughter had repeat ear aches for a year until I demamded a referral to a specialist for tubes. MY other daughter had repeat strep for two years until they suggested seeing a specialist for removal.

The nurses who answer the phone are RUDE! and very UNHELPFUL!
