3/4 pound tuna steaks, cut into pieces
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 cup sunflower sprouts
1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
3 tablespoons lime juice
Place the top oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler.
In a single layer, arrange the tuna on a baking sheet. Broil for about 4-5 minutes or until browned, turning tuna over once or twice.
Toss the broiled tuna with the remaining ingredients and serve.
