2 -15 ounce cans garbanzo beans
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F.
Drain the beans in a strainer and rinse well. Shake to remove water. Let dry on a paper towel while mixing the other ingredients.
In a bowl, mix all seasonings.
Add the garbanzo beans to the mixture and mix to coat with hands.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour the beans onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
Place the pan on the lowest rack in the oven. Stir the beans every 15-20 minutes.
Cook until beans are brown and crispy, about 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a bowl to cool. Use a bowl with a lid for storage.
